Convention Swap Directions

Hi there -
As promised here are the directions for how to make the double pocket card I made for my convention swap this year.  It's pretty easy! :)
To begin with, choose a cardstock color for the base.  I used Crumb Cake on this one.  You'll need a piece 4¼ by 11, so you can make 2 out of one sheet of cardstock.  Score along the 11" side at:  4¼, 6½, 8¾ and 10½.  The smallest section is just ½' wide - that's the section you'll fancy up by using the scallop edge punch or scallop trim punch.  Then "mountain/valley" fold so that the largest section is in the back and the smallest, scalloped edge folds down in the very front.  Staple once on each side towards the edge right where the ribbon will go around.  The DSP will cover the staples, don't worry!  You need 2 pieces of DSP - preferably different designs that coordinate.  Piece A is 4x2¼ and piece B is 4x1½.  Piece A goes on the back section, piece B goes in the front - tucking under the scallop edge and covering the staples.  The rest is just embellishing - rounded corners, ribbon, greeting - whatever to make it your own.
Hope that explains it well enough - holler if you need more details!
Thanks for stopping by -
